BioI am Emily, I have some issues I need to deal with and they are pretty messy. I'm trying to change the person I am. My mom as well as my therapist told me I need to stop creating this stress for myself. I tend to stress myself out too much causing grief to everyone around me, but it could be due to the anxiety problems I've had since my dad died that I just got enlightened about. I've done alot that I am not proud of but there's alot I am. I love to volunteer when I'm not focused solely on myself. Smoking pot is about the only thing that calms me down and clears my mind, but I have to stop. I used drugs excessively and it effected my judgement. I want to be a better person.
